About Me
I’m a licensed Clinical mental Health Counselor in North Carolina & South Carolina and a Licensed Addiction Specialist who believes growth doesn’t have to be polished to be powerful. With over a decade of experience in mental health and addiction recovery, I help people untangle the hard stuff, anxiety, burnout, boundaries, and big transitions, with compassion, real talk, and tools that actually work in everyday life.
My approach blends clinical expertise with warmth, humor, and a touch of straight-up honesty. Whether we’re in a therapy session, a consultation, or exploring self-guided tools, my goal is the same: to help you build clarity, calm, and confidence one intentional shift at a time.

I started Let Shift Happen because I know what it’s like to hold everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside.
My work is about helping people move from survival mode to a life that feels grounded, connected, and meaningful.
Therapy should feel human, not clinical, distant, or confusing, and that’s the energy I bring to every session and resource.

I don’t force positivity or ask you to “just breathe through it.” We slow things down, sort through what’s heavy, and develop tools that fit your real life. Expect compassion, clarity, accountability, and space to be fully human — messy parts included.
