How can therapy help me?
Therapy gives you space to slow down, unpack what’s been weighing you down, and learn new ways to cope. You’ll walk away with tools to manage emotions, improve communication, and reconnect with what actually matters to you.
How do I know if therapy will actually help me?
There are no guarantees but Therapy works best when we work together. Everyone’s journey looks different — but if you’re willing to show up, be curious, and try new tools, change happens. The goal isn’t perfection; it’s progress, peace, and feeling more like yourself again.
How long will therapy take?
There’s no set timeline. Some people feel shifts after a few sessions, while others dig in for deeper work. We’ll regularly check in, adjust, and make sure what we’re doing continues to meet your goals — no rush, no pressure.
What if I’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t work?
That’s okay, and honestly, pretty common. The fit between you and your therapist matters more than the method. We’ll take time to understand what didn’t work before and create a space that feels safer, lighter, and more you. Healing doesn’t always happen the first time, but it’s always possible.
Do I have to talk about everything?
Nope. You share what you’re ready for. Therapy moves at your pace, not mine. Some things take time to unpack, and that’s completely fine. We’ll focus on what feels safe first and build trust from there.
What if I’m not sure what’s wrong, I just know I’m not okay?
That’s more than enough to start. You don’t need a perfect label or diagnosis to deserve help. Sometimes you just need a place to untangle your thoughts, make sense of your feelings, and start feeling human again. We can figure it out together.
